In this course you will learn about different body types according to Ayurveda, and what food is good for whom. How to become tridoshic { complete physical balance }

Ayurveda as a science is all about prevention, of course Ayurveda has excellent curative skills, but prefers to keep the body free of disease, and its practitioner’s healthy.

According to Vedic knowledge, food as a medicine and healer is different for every person which depends on various factors mainly imbalance of the three humours.

Thereafter specific conditions as age, health condition, balance of the mind, habits, emotions, lifestyle and occupation, season, time to eat – what and when, and avoid.

This will be explained in detail and given guidance about simple ways to make wise food and eating decisions to lead a healthy and disease free lifestyle and longevity.

Learn about Ayurveda with specific emphasis on food and how to use specifically for your own body.

The Ayurvedic body, Ayurvedic diet and how to use for yourself. How to eat right to age well, live healthy and free of disease.

Program

We have two sessions

Morning session is 10.00 to 12.00  Suggest you should reach the venue a little earlier to meet other participants and guides.

We will serve Ayurvedic food after the course, so suggest keep an hour after finishing for having lunch and discussions.

Evening session 19.00 to 21.00 suggest reach venue by 18.00 to meet other participants and guide have dinner Ayurvedic food which is served before the course.
